About
I'm a bilingual Senior UX Researcher with 6 years of research experience — and 8 years in UX overall — influencing product decisions that reach millions of users across banking, e-commerce, and telecommunications. Specialized in building and scaling UX Research practices, leading multidisciplinary teams, and delivering qualitative and quantitative insights for global B2B and B2C projects.
While most of my career has been focused on digital projects, in 2020 I got the opportunity to work with wearables. I have led small multidisciplinary teams of UX, UI and front-end professionals, while managing projects with clients, a role I really enjoy. I also have a fascination for strategy and the discovery phase of the product cycle.
As a way to achieve excellence and maximize my skills, in 2018 I moved from Chile to Boston, MA to pursue a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University.
I have a passion for creating solutions through the use of innovative technology and understanding users' needs and motivations. I am an advocate for team work and I value working at a company that shares this sentiment and appreciates different points of view. I believe that learning from other people’s perspectives and experiences is very enriching and enhances creativity in the workplace.
On a more personal note, I have a good sense of humor and I am passionate about music -I’m planning on continuing learning to play the guitar and taking singing lessons. I also enjoy watching comedy and drama series.
